Views of the high desert, intimate patios, and large horizontal portals combine with the low-hung building lines to provide outdoor living areas to three sides. The approach to the house is organized in consecutive layers from informal to more structured elements. The guest suite has a separated entrance for privacy and is our first of many “AirB&B” project programs. This is just a micro scale of our cohousing work, so we like it.
