Resting in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, this long legged passive house design contains four distinct programs surrounding a shared courtyard. Designed to facilitate multigenerational cohabitation and aging-in-place. To accommodate larger public events periodically,  the layout allows for group use to expand and contract as needed. This project is a precursor to our prefabricated work, but you can see the focus on consistency and the resulting extruded form archetype. This project uses a lime plaster and steel as exterior finishes and building massing for shading.
