This is a small, two-story, residential infill passive house. Sitting directly adjacent to city open space, bike paths, and river walk. A portion of the third phase of a condominium development, this project has significant development limitations and parameters. This type of problem solving is, of course, really fun and helps us offer creative and effective solutions for our clients.
