Arch Change. | 01 | SITE Santa Fe Expansion Part One

FacebookTwitterPinterest

SITE Santa Fe is poised for its largest expansion since it took over a beer warehouse in the early 1990s. In our inaugural podcast Jonah Stanford and Andrew Michler talk about the rich history of this ground breaking contemporary arts space and its connection to the quirky and quickly growing Railyard neighborhood in Santa Fe where NEEDBASED offices are based.

In our second podcast we will talk about the expansion proposal by SHoP Architects, and why SITE needs to keep to its dynamic roots as it enlarges its space to further integrate into the diverse neighborhood.

Architect Jonah Stanford and author and consultant Andrew Michler have each designed some of the most energy efficient buildings in the West. They talk about what it takes to create a Passive House and where architecture will go next. Lessoned learned, informed opinions, and a brisk dialogue on the edge of environment and architecture.
